Many pressure washer pumps are interchangeable, but compatible replacement options can vary depending on factors such as your pressure washer's engine shaft diameter, engine orientation, the original pump's bolt pattern, and your engine's horsepower. If your shaft has a spline or gear instead of a keyway, your original pump was likely a strap-style (or bow tie) pump, which are no longer produced. However, you can remove the spline and use your model number to find a replacement pump that you'll install directly onto the shaft with a keyway.

Our pumps do require a keyway for installation onto the engine shaft. If a keyway is pictured in the listing, it will be included. If you need to purchase one separately, you can do so from our catalog.

Regarding oil maintenance, many of our pumps don't require oil changes, but some models do. Generally, pumps with an oil vent port will need regular oil changes, while sealed units without that port don't require oil changes.

This vertical pressure washer pump includes a thermal release valve and a chemical injector, both of which come pre-installed. Please note that the engine shaft key or bolts are not included.

The mounting flange provides a convenient connection to most 7/8" diameter shaft vertical gas engines in the 4-7 HP range. In some instances, the pump may need to be removed to change the engine oil.
